Head of After Sales Service

Head of After-Sales Service for Elinchrom distributors, my role has been to provide full technical support to service centers around the world. After setting up a proactive service with the creation of an online technical center for documentation, warranty claims, web shop for spare parts and training for repair centers, I took in hand the supervision of the quality of the products by the management of the team of the non-conformities (NC) and the management of modifications (GM).

With a long experience in the field of light, this allowed me to be able to define the standards of light measurements for Elinchrom products.

Also in charge of the Elinchrom first aid teams, I have fully developed within this company.
